1) Fill the form + select slot
Choose Online or Offline, enter patient details, pick doctor + date, then tap an available time slot.
2) Verify email (Online only)
Tap Verify, enter the OTP, and complete email verification (required for online booking).
3) Request is submitted
Your appointment request goes to the doctor/admin for approval.
4) Doctor/admin approves
If approved:
- Offline: you’ll get confirmation details (no online payment).
- Online: you’ll receive an email with a payment link.
5) Online payment (manual UPI)
Open the payment link, pay via UPI, then submit:
- Transaction ID (UTR)
- Screenshot
After this, status becomes Payment Pending.
6) Confirmation + meeting link
Admin verifies payment and confirms the appointment.
For online consult, your meeting link becomes usable close to the time slot (patients can join shortly before the appointment).
